The hotel was good in general, but they have to improve the facilities in room and restaurant
The location is near to the highway, accessible, and strategic. The food was good.
The AC in the room was not cold enough as expected, including in the restaurant. We booked a triple bedroom but we found out that a twin room was added with an extra bed of different quality. The water in bathroom was very low pressure, not satisfied.

Happy.
We stayed in Alana during Eid Al Fitr. The non city center location of the hotel is in fact an advantage; the traffic was smooth at all times. The staffs were so helpful and professional. The hotel provide water dispensers at all floor, excellent!
