Comfort room for rest, not to enjoy meals.
Comfort Bed, Cozy and clean Room, Friendly Staff, Speedy Elevator, Easy parking access,
Although they have lots of Bfast food variance, Taste of the food was below expectation. I recommend they revisit their food taste because during my 6 days of stay, I only survived for 3 days eating there and the rest I prefer go outside or cross the road buy Soto. The kids playground in the 2nd floor looks dirty and not that excited.

Happy.
We stayed in Alana during Eid Al Fitr. The non city center location of the hotel is in fact an advantage; the traffic was smooth at all times. The staffs were so helpful and professional. The hotel provide water dispensers at all floor, excellent!
